Seasonal practices to amplify your inner wisdom, support your healing journey, and intuitively care for yourself and your family

The Hemma Way

Hemma is the Scandinavian word for "at home." It’s the foundation of everything we do here at Hemma Wellbeing—helping you create a lifestyle that feels deeply nourishing and rooted in your own inner wisdom. We guide people to reconnect with nature’s cycles, rediscover the power of intuitive living, and build a wellness practice that’s not only sustainable but also aligned with their personal seasons of life.

Through seasonal self-care, mindful wellness practices, and a deep trust in your own intuition, Hemma Wellbeing empowers you to feel at home in your body, your life, and your wellness journey.

The Home Practice

What does it really look like to heal in everyday life? The Home Practice is where I share personal stories from my own healing path—navigating motherhood, burnout, and the slow work of coming home to myself—alongside seasonal reflections and grounded wellness tools.

It’s a space to feel seen, supported, and reminded of your own inner wisdom. Free subscribers receive essays and podcast episodes, while paid members get access to bonus resources, seasonal self-care guides, and deeper practices to support your rhythm of wellness.

Meet Your Guide

I’m a holistic wellness practitioner with 15+ years of experience—and someone who is still walking the path of healing myself. For a long time, I searched for the thing that would finally make me feel whole. I wanted to be the thing for others, too.

But what I’ve discovered through seasons of growth, loss, joy, and renewal is that healing isn’t linear—and it’s not something to check off a list. It moves in cycles, much like nature. There are layers to uncover and rhythms to honor.

At Hemma Wellbeing, I guide poeple back to themselves by helping them align with the natural seasons and their own inner seasons. This work is not about fixing—it’s about remembering. It’s about creating a life that feels like home through simple practices, deep listening, and self-trust.

If you’re ready to feel more connected, more grounded, and more at home within yourself, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
